What is Self Esteem?
Self-esteem is what you think about yourself or in other words, your opinion about yourself which can be low, high or somewhere in between. It is common for people to feel insecure or demotivated about themselves, but do not worry as there are heaps of things you can do to boost your self-esteem as discussed below;
- Be Nice to Yourself:
