Dhaka Dynamites made a brilliant start to their Bangladesh Premier League campaign, beating Rajshahi Kings by 83 runs and Khulna Titans by 105 runs in their first two matches.
They added to their record today win a narrow victory over the Rangpur Riders by just two runs.
Defending champions Riders have already lost two of their opening four games, meaning that while they are second in the table right now, they will drop as other teams catch up to their total of games played.
Elsewhere, the Comilla Victorians take on the Rajshahi Kings this afternoon (UK time) with both sides winning and losing their opening two games.
The BPL draws in fans from across the globe and will run until February 8, with the grand final set to take place in Dhaka.
The tournament was originally scheduled to be hosted in October last year but it was pushed back due to security fears around the Bangladeshi general election.
It is the first time the Decision Review System (DRS) will be used in the BPL with plenty more excitement expected in the upcoming encounters.
