The odds for the forthcoming 2019 Royal Rumble have been revealed by bookmakers.
And, remarkably, there’s a surprise name among the front-runners.
Fans watching RAW and SmackDown in recent weeks will have seen plenty of airtime for Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre.
The Architect recently dropped the Intercontinental Championship to his former Shield brother Dean Ambrose.
Rollins dropped the belt at Tables, Ladders and Chairs (TLC) in December.
Many expect the former WWE Universal Champion – who hasn’t held the title in over two-and-a-half years – to win January’s Rumble.
Beating 29 other competitors would ensure Rollins could go onto WrestleMania, where he would face reigning champion Brock Lesnar.
Naturally, Rollins is an early favourite, with odds of evens.
And McIntyre, the heel who has ran roughshod over the red brand since his debut, is second pick with bookmakers.
The Scottish Psychopath has recently feuded with Dolph Ziggler and Finn Balor.
He beat The Showoff in a Steel Cage Match last week, having ended Kurt Angle’s career last month.
The other names towards the top of the bookies’ odds include Finn Balor and John Cena, at 12/1 and 20/1.
But third favourite is currently Andrade Cien Almas, the SmackDown superstar, at 8/1.
AJ Styles, The Rock and The Miz also have odds of 20/1.
Bobby Lashley and Dean Ambrose are also backed at 33/1.
In the women’s Rumble, Becky Lynch is current favourite at 2/5.
The Man is by far and away the brightest superstar in the company right now – and bookies back her to be rewarded with a Rumble win.
Lynch is widely tipped to beat 29 other women and switch brands, so she can face long-term rival Ronda Rousey at The Show of Shows in April.
Charlotte Flair is currently 5/2 and second favourite.
The injured Alexa Bliss, Ember Moon and Mandy Rose are third, fourth and fifth favourites.
They can be backed at odds of 16/1, 25/1 and 40/1 respectively.
Nia Jax and Naomi also have odds of 40/1.
