The Hammers’ captain was not popular with some of his own supporters following the incident
Mark Noble received a straight red card for West Ham United at Leicester City on Saturday and upset many of his own club’s fans in the process.
After a tough start, the Hammers went a goal ahead on the half-hour mark through Fabian Balbuena.
However, eight minutes later Mark Noble lunged in on Wilfred Ndidi and was promptly given his marching orders.
As a result, West Ham then faced an uphill battle for the remainder of the match, playing with just ten men.
