Gordon Ramsay, 51, is the famous British chef known for his inventive use of foul language and famous restaurants.
The TV personality has been awarded 16 Michelin stars.
Gordon has presented television programmes such as Hell’s Kitchen, The F Word, and Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares.
In the US he has worked on MasterChef, MasterChef Junior, and Hotel Hell.
Gordon Ramsey told the Daily Mail in January this year that he has one very good reason to lose weight.
She said: “Tana was not impressed with the way I was.”
‘I was overweight, 18 stone. I looked like a sack of s***. I look at the pictures and think, ‘How did Tana stay around?’ Because Tana has got better-looking and more gorgeous. And there she is, getting in bed with a fat f***.’”

The chef revealed his body transformation on his Instagram account, @gordongram, which has 4.5 million followers.
Gordon posted a topless picture of himself at the beach wearing a pair of lycra shorts.
Taken ahead of a triathlon event, Gordon captioned the image: “Iron Chef to Ironman for @greatormondst #teamramsay London Triathlon can’t wait ! Great way to shake off jet lag…. good luck and congrats to all athletes and a BIG THANK YOU to all the volunteers & sponsors couldn’t do it with out you!”.
Gordon shrank from a 19 stone to 15.4 stone.
He told the Today Show: “I’m very good now at eating five times a day, but small amounts as opposed to a big breakfast, big lunch and big dinner.”
Revealed more about his diet plan he told TV presenters: “”I have a breakfast with oatmeal, that’s the first thing, and that sets me up for the rest of the day.
“So I don’t really sit down and do lunch. I certainly don’t sit down and eat dinner.”
“There’s nothing worse than eating dinner at 5:30 and then having to get up and cook for 3 hours.”
What should you eat for breakfast to lose weight?
A study has shown that eating a bigger breakfast could actually help you to lose weight.
According to Israeli research published in the journal Obesity, opting for a higher calorie breakfast and lower calorie evening meal could mean you shed the pounds faster.
The study, which was published in Women’s Health Magazine back in 2013, took place over 12 weeks.
