The homer was Yelich’s 30th of the season, and he has now reached base in 30 straight games, the longest active streak in the NL. Only the Astros’ Alex Bregman, who entered play on Saturday having reached base in 40 straight games, has a longer active streak in the Majors.

After the first-inning home run, Yelich has 12 homers and 29 RBIs during his impressive 30-game run.
