Following their tour of the US, Jose Mourinho takes his Utd side on a trip to the German capital prior to the big kick-off

Manchester United are back in Europe and plotting an assault on the Premier League title.

Before the season begins in earnest on August 10 though they have their final pre-season friendlies to play, including this one against Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich.

What time is kick-off?

The game is set for Sunday, August 5.

Kick-off is at 7.15pm at the impressive Allianz Arena.

United faced Club America, San Jose Earthquakes, AC Milan, Liverpool and Real Madrid on their tour Stateside, but boss Jose Mourinho was left frustrated with a number of off-field issues.

What is the team news?

Mourinho finally has the majority of his squad to choose from as his stars return from World Cup rest.

Fans will be eager to see big-money signing Fred in action, whilst Alexis Sanchez looked sharp during the US tour.

Bayern were also over in the States but a strong side wasn’t at their best and they will be without Arturo Vidal with a calf problem.
