Best all-inclusive resorts in Europe have been unveiled in TripAdvisor’s annual Traveller’s Choice Awards.
Greece topped the list with two hotels taking first and second place in the top 10, and British favourites Spain, Cyprus and Turkey also made the cut.
The 2018 Travels’ Choice award winners were determined based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from TripAdvisor travellers worldwide.
There are the top 10 all-inclusive resorts in Europe.
1. Ikos Olivia, Gerakini, Greece
The Ikos Olivia boasts an exclusive location on the Gulf of Toroneos in beautiful Halkidiki.
The five-star resort stretches across 22 acres. It features a lagoon pool with a swim-up bar, a 450m2 main pool and a spa. There are plenty of family friends options as well as restaurants with menus from Michelin-starred chefs.
Eighty-nine per cent of TripAdvisor reviewers voted the hotel “Excellent.”

2. Ikos Oceania, Nea Moudania, Greece
Ikon Oceania enjoys landscaped gardens and a private beach. It’s recently been renovated and there are 290 rooms and suites.
It offers a variety of activities, from tennis to Greek dancing and has plenty of fine dining options.

3. Voyage Bodrum, Bodrum City, Turkey
This adults-only resort sits right on the beach and offers views of the bay and Bodrum Castle.
It has a gym, table tennis and water sports available. There’s also a snack bar, ice cream kiosk and patisserie.

4. Louis Ledra Beach, Paphos, Cyprus
This four-star hotel is situated on the seafront and is a five-minute drive from the historical port of Paphos.
It holds regular themed nights, including a four-course gala dinner once a week and a Traditional Meze night.

5. Voyage Sorgun, Sorgun, Turkey
This resort benefits from being near by a beach and the lovely Sorgun Forest.
It has a main restaurant as well as five à la carte restaurants, snack restaurants and patisserie, as well as nine concept bars.

6. Pegasus Royal, Incekum, Turkey
This resort is on on the beach and has a pool with eight slides, making it a popular choice with families.
It also offers a nightclub and tennis facilities, as well as kid’s club. There 400 rooms over five floors.

7. Iberostar Anthelia, Costa Adeje, Spain
This five-star hotel in south Tenerife is just a minute’s walk from the beach.
It offers Italian, Canadian and international cuisine. There’s a Finnish sauna in a wellness centre which has 23 treatments available.
There are several pools which have water slides and even a pirate ship.

8. Liberty Hotels Lara, Antalya, Turkey
Another beachfront resort, this hotel has a full sports programme and four restaurants.
Its pools have waterslides and water jets. There’s an evening entertainment programme including everything from quizzes to karaoke.

9. Louis Phaethon Beach, Paphos, Cyprus
A three-star hotel, this resort has its own water park on the summer as well as a kids club.
A nightclub also opens daily until 1am.

10. ADLER Spa Resort Thermae, Bagno Vignoni, Italy
Located in Tuscany this five-star hotel offers thermal pools, saunas and steam rooms – as well as excellent views of the surrounding countryside.
