Liverpool have reportedly made a bid for Roma keeper Alisson Becker, but no fee has been agreed between the two clubs.
The Brazil international has been linked with a move away from the Italian capital after turning in consistently strong performances in Serie A.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Reds denied making a bid for the 25-year-old.
However, according to Sky Sports News, the club have made a bid for the keeper but are yet to agree on a fee.
Rumours earlier in the week suggested a world-record bid of €70 million for Alisson, news which got Liverpool fans extremely excited.
But sources in Italy now claim no exact figure has been agreed.
Alisson arrived in Europe in 2016, when he signed from Brazilian side Internacional.
He initially served as backup Wojciech Szczesny, but made the No.1 spot at the Stadio Olimpico his own
