Barcelona midfielder Iniesta is expected to depart for the Chinese Super League at the end of the season.
The Spain international, 33, has also been linked with moves to the Middle East and United States.
But reports from Spain claim a deal with an unnamed Chinese club has already been agreed – and that Barcelona are keeping details of the move secret.
According to AS, Iniesta’s departure is a ‘done deal’ and Barcelona are waiting until after this weekend’s final to break the News.
Barca face Valencia in the final at Atletico Madrid’s Wanda Metropolitano stadium on Saturday.
The Nou Camp giants are heavy favourites to win the final as they close in on a league and cup double this season.
Rumours are rife about who would replace Iniesta in the Barcelona midfield, with Nice’s Jean-Michel Seri and PSG’s Marco Verratti two historic transfer targets.
Seri, however, is also wanted by Premier League clubs, while Verratti recently said he was happy he didn’t join Barca last summer.
Meanwhile, AS claim Iniesta’s representatives are busying themselves with the finer details of his China move.
Discussing his future last weekend, Iniesta said: “I have the support of the fans, but it isn’t something that will change my mind.
“I know what I’m going to do with my future.”
