The Brit is yet to decide on his next opponent after unifying three of the four heavyweight titles against Joseph Parker in March.
Wilder has continually called Joshua out in recent months, claiming he is ready to take on British boxing’s poster boy in the United States.
However, WBA mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin may get a shot at the 28-year-old before he heads across the pond.
And according to Hearn, Joshua’s bout against the Russian could be held at Manchester United’s home ground.
“We are meeting on Tuesday afternoon,” he told BetFred TV.
“There are three main dishes on the menu. Fight Deontay Wilder either home or away, face Jarrell Miller in New York to spread gospel in America before we fight Wilder, or do we honour our mandatory and fight [Alexander] Povetkin, with it being at Wembley or maybe at Manchester United.
“It is a possibility.
“I can’t tell you what is most likely because it is Anthony Joshua’s decisions.”
Povetkin’s last fight, on the undercard of Joshua’s clash with Parker, saw him knock out heavyweight David Price inside five rounds.
And a bout between the two would be historic for the Manchester stadium.
Old Trafford hasn’t played host to a boxing bout since Chris Eubank drew with Nigel Benn in their super-middleweight unification clash in October 1993.
More details on Joshua’s next opponent are expected to come this week as Matchroom chief Eddie Hearn is currently in New York negotiating.
