That is the view of Sky Sports pundit and former Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp.
Klopp’s side are currently seven points behind United after seven games of the campaign.
The Red Devils are level on points with rivals Manchester City at the top but City have a more favourable fixture later in the day at home to Stoke.
But Redknapp feels with both sides having players missing through injury, a draw would suit the managers.
“If you offered Jose Mourinho a draw now, would he take it? Absolutely,” he said.
“Absolutely he would. You might actually get the same answer from Jurgen Klopp because he’s under pressure.
“He knows he needs to get a result.
“The difference is a couple of big players are missing, Sadio Mane affects the betting.
“The fact that he’s not playing has made United favourites, before that Liverpool were favourites.
“So that’s a big advantage that he’s not playing because he gives United a different dimension.
“Obviously Manchester United don’t have Paul Pogba, (Marouane) Fellaini has become a go-to guy for Mourinho.
“To try and pick a favourite for this one, I think it’s a split game. It’s very hard to separate them.”
