What is the best thing about your job?
Meeting so many different characters and people from all walks of life and the myriad of interactions therein, is constantly inspiring.
What is your proudest achievement?
From a business point of view, winning the British Chamber of Commerce national business of the year 2015 was a proud moment. From a personal point of view, my children are a continual source of wonder.
What advice would you give to someone starting in your career?
Simple advice: work hard, do not give up and do not be afraid of failure.
Which individual has inspired you most and why?
I meet a lot of people who inspire me in some way shape or form but the advice and honesty that my father bestowed still resonates.

What was the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your career so far?
Challenges come in many guises, trying to grow a business, regardless of how well organised or planned you are, can be a constant wrestling match with the rich tapestries of life. I prefer to look at challenges as an opportunity to learn, develop and hopefully improve personally and professionally.
How is your business going to change in the next 10 years?
Technology and its uses within business not just office-based but also site-based, is likely to improve and change all our lives.
What do you like to do out of work?
Spend time with the family.

What would you do if you had to change career?
I would like to become a novelist, I have not thought about or settled on a genre yet but I am inspired by the power of words produced by such greats as Shakespeare or Dickens.
