This weekend Harry Redknapp sends a Birmingham City team into a home Championship fixture for the first time since his summer appointment as permanent manager.
In some positions the Blues boss has his hands tied – in others there is a wealth of options.
Injuries and suspensions
Lukas Jutkiewicz is expected to miss the match as he recovers from a pre-season calf strain.
Cheick Keita is the other major doubt as he labours with a groin problem.
Paul Robinson is available again following the completion of the suspension which kept him out of the Ipswich match.
Food for thought
Harry will assess the good performances of some of his fringe players in Tuesday night’s Carabao Cup win over Crawley.
Having missed out at Portman Road David Cotterill and Maikel Kieftenbeld gave reminders of what they can bring to the team – while David Davis was excellent in the No. 10 role.
Blues 4-4-2: Stockdale, Nsue, Morrison, Roberts, Grounds; Cotterill, Davis, Ndoye, Maghoma; Adams, Donaldson
Blues are going to need to get some service into Clayton Donaldson – and he’s a striker that thrives off crosses.
Cotterill sent plenty over on Tuesday – admittedly against a very modest Crawley team – and if he could do so again it would take the pressure off Che Adams to create.
The back four picks itself – as do the strikers.
