GEORGIA Hall is hoping to gain more experience on the LPGA Tour after applying for further invites to the prestigious circuit.
One of England’s most promising talents, Wimborne-based Hall is currently third in the Ladies’ European Tour order of merit.
The 21-year-old, who opened her season at the Honda LPGA Thailand in February, has won more than £230,000 on the LET since turning professional in 2014.
Hall told the Daily Echo: “I’ve applied for some LPGA invites but I won’t know until a few weeks before the events, so fingers crossed.
“With the US Open coming up in July, I think it’s important to get some experience out there.
“It’s better competition and I think a lot of the girls know me. I played in Thailand so I am getting more known over there.”
Hall is today due to tee it up in her latest LET event, the Estrella Damm Mediterranean Ladies’ Open.
The former Canford Kid is one of a number of potential Solheim Cup players who will feature at Terramar Golf Club in Sitges, near Barcelona.
Sweden’s Anna Nordqvist will be joined by home player Carlota Ciganda, France’s Karine Icher and England’s Melissa Reid and Florentyna Parker.
Hall will hope to build on her tied-fourth finish at the Lalla Meryem Cup in Morocco last week.
