Lloyds Bank customers have been plagued by online issues today (Wednesday).
Dozens of account holders reported experiencing problems to the high street bank on social media.
“We’re aware that some customers are experiencing intermittent issues with this and we’re working to resolve it,” the bank has said to customers on Twitter.
If you can’t log on as normal, try Lloyds’ online banking app – or even download it to your phone or tablet if you don’t already have it.
The problem might be specific to the website or your computer, and using the app gets round this.
The Lloyds online banking app lets you can pay bills, check balances, transfer money and more.
If you’re still having problems, pick up the phone. Lloyds’ online banking customer service number is 03453 000 116 .
If you’d rather not call an 03 number (which can cost more on some plans), you can call on 01733 232030 instead.
If you’re overseas the number is: +44 1733 232030.
Lloyds also offers a range of services over its PhoneBank sevice, meaning you’ll be able to check balances, pay bills and more over the phone.
You need to register for this to use it (which might take a few days), but once registered you can call on 03453 000 000 or 01733 347 007.
There’s a full list of Lloyds general and emergency phone numbers here.
If all you need is something simple like a balance check, any cash machine should be able to display it on screen.
If that’s not enough, and they’re still open, you can head to a branch.
You can search for your nearest Lloyds branch or cash machine here.
